I’ve spent over 10 years working with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, stuck, or like they’ve somehow lost themselves. Many of them had already tried therapy. They could understand their past. They knew what had happened to make them feel the way they did… but they still didn’t feel okay and didn’t know how to change it.
And that’s what I began to see more and more clearly. People don’t just need insight. They need support in the moment they are struggling. The moment their mind won’t switch off. When everything feels too much. When they don’t feel like themselves anymore. That’s where real change begins.
HappyMe was created from that understanding. To help you notice how you feel, begin to understand why… and then take gentle steps to steady yourself and shift those heavy, confusing emotions. I designed it to guide you back to calm, clarity, and a sense of control. Not as another app to “work on yourself” or build perfect routines… but as something you can turn to when things feel hard.
Everything inside HappyMe is based on the same work I use with my clients in the therapy room. Work that helps people recognise what’s really going on beneath their thoughts, understand their patterns without judgment, and feel real shifts, not just temporary relief.
My approach has always been simple: You are not broken. Your mind and body have been trying to protect you and keep you safe. Once you understand that… everything starts to change.
